On-air during Medicare Open Enrollment, we dramatized the feeling of frustration people often have when navigating the healthcare system and what UHC can do to help. Select people who viewed the ad were retargeted with additional messages featuring another member benefit: the UHC app. The results were smashing, resulting in a 60% increase in app downloads.

Member services distinguish UHC from other Medicare providers, so we highlighted the Member Advocate experience. Our goal was to remind members of this differentiating benefit and ultimately gain a favorable rating on an important Medicare survey.
